Top broker returns to Loan Market

When Point Cook mortgage broker, Lori Ristevski chose to rejoin Loan Market this month after moving to a competitor in December 2014, he returned to the group with a renewed vigor to connect with Ray White.

Lori began his career with Loan Market in 2011 and was mentored by Platinum Elite broker, John Lucci. In 2014, Lori decided the best thing for his business was to move to a competitor.

“In December 2014 I decided to pursue what I thought would be a better opportunity for my business at the time.

“In the beginning of my career as a mortgage broker, I chose Loan Market because of their partnership with Ray White. That connection is only getting stronger and, after leaving the group, it became clear my business fits in with the direction of Loan Market.

“I made the decision to rejoin the Loan Market this month because their value offering is going from strength to strength,” Lori explained.

Lori works in the Point Cook region as well as Melbourne’s CBD. He said his ambition for his business with Loan Market is to bring a more structured approach to his day-to-day business.

“My aim is to build structure within my business by implementing systems around administration and referral partnerships using the support services of the Loan Market corporate team.

“Once the processes are in place, I can spend more time doing what I do best - finding solutions for my customers,” he said.

For the Loan Market Group, the announcement of Lori’s return represents a crucial time within the business.

“The last 12 months has been a transformative period for our group and seeing Lori’s experience is a testament to the hard work of the past year and proof our offering to brokers is valuable” Andrea McNaughton, State Director of Loan Market Victoria said.

As Lori settles back into the Loan Market family, he said one thing that hasn’t changed is the company's culture.

“The family environment and culture of Loan Market is what I really missed. I was overwhelmed when I walked into the state office and everyone came out to welcomed me back - it reminded me how close the Loan Market team is.”
