We've all been through a lot these past few weeks, and I want to thank everyone who is practicing social distancing and doing their part to slow the spread of COVID-19.

I appreciate that you might be concerned about business right now. These are certainly uncharted waters, but we will get through this together, and Wisr remains in a strong position to support you and your customers.

To continue to provide exceptional service for our brokers, here’s what we’re doing to reinforce stability and confidence during these uncertain times.

  • Personal loan processing and customer service is uninterrupted. I want to remind you that our lending platform remains strong and secure, and the Broker Portal is available as always.
  • Providing assistance to your clients experiencing hardship. We understand the impact this crisis may be having, and we’re here for you and your clients who are impacted. Financial hardship assistance is available to help anyone who is sick or has lost their jobs. Your client can email contact@wisr.com.au to discuss their unique personal situation and how we can assist them during these trying times.
  • Responsible lending remains our priority. Please continue to communicate with your BDM and refer to the materials posted on the Wisr Broker Portal regarding any changes to our credit policy.
  • We are listening and want to help. Our team is working on creating blog content to help your customers navigate their finances during uncertain times like these. Feel free to share, and if you have any topics that you'd like to see us cover, please send us your suggestions.

On a personal note – it’s easy to feel isolated at a time like this, but I take comfort in knowing that we are stronger together, looking out for the wellbeing of one another.
