Mortgage broker in Daw Park in South Australia

I am the owner operator of Loan Market Daw Park in South Australia and I’m experienced in all aspects of lending, from investment loans, first home buyers and couples purchasing a family home. I also have access to a full suite of car and personal loans and asset finance.

My specialized area of lending is definitely the residential housing or the residential investment market of which I have 20 years’ experience. I have experience working with all types of clients including self-employed clients and have the ability to read financials which is an advantage for my clients as not all brokers possess this skill.

I have dealt with different types of lending, and for me, I love the harder lending cases as they are more challenging and rewarding. I also have my real estate licence and have owned a Ray White Franchise for 8 years of which I have now sold. This gives me an edge regarding valuations and how to work out what a property is worth when putting in an offer.
