The variable interest rate on a Ezy Reduce Home Loan Prime Fee Free Account, where the owner occupied loan equals 50% or less of the portfolio balance is currently 2.99%p.a. The Ezy Reduce Investment Loan Prime Fee Free is the Average of the big 4 banks Standard Investment interest only Variable Rates. This interest rate facility will continue for the period during which the balance of the borrower’s Ezy Reduce Home Loan does not exceed 50% of the aggregate balance of the Ezy Reduce Home Loan Portfolio Facility and there are no arrears or other default under any of the loans. Where the balance of the home loan is greater than 50% of the portfolio balance interest rates will need to be quoted on a deal by deal basis."
