Hello Pack experience, enhanced!

The Hello Pack sending experience has been enhanced to help you get what you really need from your customers. 

The changes made include:

• Better Mobile and Email validation to ensure deliverability
• Warnings if the Hello Pack can’t be sent for any reason (like if you haven't selected anything in the Online Fact Find)
• You can now save your template selections as default in the Hello Pack, the same options will be toggled on each time, just click “Save as default” 
• FileInvite templates you own and templates shared with you are now available
