As part of our current policies and processes, AMP Bank do not require Face to Face interviews as part of the application process. However we do require that the borrower is identified either by having ZipID provide an appropriate identification process (at AMP Bank’s expense) or the borrower can attend an Australia Post office and have them complete the identification process (at borrowers expense).

With the current heightened risk regarding spacial distance and self isolation requirements, we are reviewing our policies with regards to ongoing Identification requirements. We will keep you posted if any changes occur.
