Credit Guide changes.

The ‘Send Credit Guide’ function has been removed from the dropdown options under the contact. 

Why have we removed this?

We’ve made this change for a couple of reasons. 

  1. The ‘Send Credit Guide’ is no longer up to date and has presented issues with sending to both clients 
  2. The ability to send a stand alone Credit Guide exists within the Hello Pack modal. We’ve simplified this by removing this duplication.

How do I send my client a Credit Guide?

You can send a Credit Guide (standalone or as part of an Online Fact Find) via the Hello Pack modal.
