Out with the old and in with the new!
The Loan Market Operations Manual and BYOB Procedure Manuals have been updated to reflect changes relating to:
- BID
- Loan Market Way
- Fees & Rebates
- Introduction of new programs including Brokerforce and Reviewr
The Loan Market Operations Manual and BYOB Procedure Manual now directly reference policies and procedures held in Springboard or State of Play to make it easier for you to navigate.
The changes to the Operations Manual will come into effect on 3 August, 2021. So be sure to download the new version and delete your old one.
