Variable or Fixed?
This is a question often asked, but rarely answered correctly. In most instances, clients settle for a 50/50 split, because it sounded good at the time. With fixed interest rates being historically low, it may be worthwhile to consider fixing either all or a portion of your home / investment loan.

It’s called a limited guarantor loan, or more commonly, family pledge or family guarantee.
