* Insurance is issued by Allianz Australia Insurance Limited AFS Licence No. 234708 (ABN 15 000 122 850). Interim Cover is subject to the terms and conditions here and the Loan Market Home and Contents Insurance Product Disclosure Statement (PDS), however excludes Domestic Workers’ Compensation, Accidental Damage and Portable Contents. An additional Excess of $1,000 applies to each claim under the policy. Buildings cover will not exceed the sum of $750,000 and fixed contents is limited fixed carpets, curtains or internal blind up to $10,000. Interim Cover is only available for residential properties subject to an exchanged contract of sale. No Buildings cover is provided for strata, company or community titled properties. The 30 day period of cover commences upon activation and may end earlier as set out in the terms and conditions.
