Grant has always had a passion for numbers. He is an accomplished finance broker with over 20 years working in the industry. Grant has significant experience in commercial and business lending as well as home loans. Grant became interested in finance broking whilst working as a Chartered Accountant. As an accountant his days were filled with analysing historical financial records. As a finance broker he helps people plan for and create wealth. Grant understands the questions being asked by small business owners, property investors and professionals. He focuses on what his clients want and delivers a solution. Taking the story and presenting the numbers to any one of the banks, non-banks or private lenders and getting the job done right the first time is his mission. In his spare time Grant enjoys spending time with his family, involving himself in his children's sporting activities, playing golf and supporting the Mighty Richmond Tigers!

Jin has over 10 years experience in the banking and finance industry across mortgage lending and relationship management roles. This breadth of experience means Jin has expert knowledge in home loan lending products, and the ability to provide mortgage advice that is aligned with client’s needs and financial goals. Jin is solution driven and takes a holistic approach to understand clients’ needs which then allows her to offer tailored solutions for... first home buyers, property investors, refinances, construction, and SMSF lending. A strong believer that no two clients are the same, and everyone has their own story. Outside of work, Jin does salsa dancing and lives an active lifestyle. Jin holds a Bachelor of Business (Economics and Finance) (Hons) and is a member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).

Caroline started her career as a teacher. After taking some time off to be with her family, Caroline joined Grant in the business. She began in administration and has now moved into the area of marketing, focusing on the visibility of the business and enhancing our brand with both customers and referral partners. Caroline is also involved in Human Resources, helping the staff to grow and succeed as individuals as well as creating a positive and enjoyable work environment. Together with Grant, she works on the high level planning and future development of the business. Outside of work Caroline enjoys going to gym, walking, entertaining family and friends at home, dining out, travelling and watching her children play sport on the weekends.

Kate joined our team in 2015 as our Client Relationship Manager. With an extensive background in customer service, she prides herself on delivering an exceptional experience for our clients each and every time. Kate works to understand your financial needs and provide solutions to help you achieve your goals. Meticulous and thorough in her approach she will ensure you are comprehensively supported every step of the way. When Kate is not at work she enjoys travelling with her partner and spending time with friends.

Jan started her career in the hospitality industry in 2011. After taking a break she began her career in the finance industry as an administration officer in 2014. She developed her career over the years from administration officer to broker support officer and then to a loan processor. Jan completed her masters in commerce in 2022 and recently joined our business as a customer service manager. Jan is confident in negotiating with lenders, liaising with clients, and organising applications from lodgement through to settlement. Outside of work Jan loves playing cricket, cooking, spending time with her family and traveling.
